Evalua Studio LLC ("Evalua Studio," "we," "us," or "our") designs and operates AI-powered software products and related services, including PawSight, Respondr, this website, and related product experiences.
2. Products Covered
- PawSight: an experimental informational application intended to help pet owners document symptoms, organize information, and review AI-generated assessments related to possible pet health concerns.
- Respondr: an experimental informational application intended to assist users in recognizing possible overdose indicators, organizing incident information, locating nearby naloxone, and preserving context that may be shared with emergency services or caregivers.

3. Scope and Acceptance
By accessing or using our website, products, or related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or products.
4. AI and Non-Human Disclosure
PawSight and Respondr use automated algorithms and AI-assisted software systems. They are not human and do not provide human judgment. No human reviews outputs in real time unless explicitly stated.
5. No Medical, Veterinary, or Emergency Advice
PawSight
PawSight does not provide veterinary advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or emergency dispatch services. PawSight is not a veterinary medical device and does not replace licensed veterinarians. If your pet is in distress, appears unresponsive, has trouble breathing, is bleeding heavily, has ingested something toxic, or may require urgent care, contact a licensed veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately.
Respondr
Respondr does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or emergency dispatch services. Respondr is not a medical device and does not replace healthcare professionals or calling emergency services. If someone is unresponsive, experiencing a suspected overdose, or is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
6. Experimental Nature and Accuracy Limitations
PawSight and Respondr are provided on an experimental, informational, and non-clinical basis. The systems may generate false positives, false negatives, delayed outputs, or outputs based on incomplete, low-quality, or incorrect data.
7. Use at Your Own Risk
You expressly agree that use of our products is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for verifying information, deciding whether and how to act, communicating with professionals or third parties, and seeking appropriate emergency, medical, veterinary, or other professional help.
8. User Responsibilities
- You must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
- You must not rely on PawSight, Respondr, or Evalua Studio for life-critical, medical, veterinary, or emergency decisions.
- You are responsible for ensuring that photos, videos, audio recordings, and other uploaded content comply with applicable law and do not violate the rights of others.
- For Respondr, you are responsible for ensuring any video or audio recordings comply with federal, state, and local laws, including consent requirements where applicable.
