Respondr distinguishes between creators and subjects. Creators are users who create incidents, recordings, or content using the app. Subjects are individuals who may appear incidentally in recordings. Respondr does not intentionally collect or store personal identifying details of subjects beyond what may appear in user-submitted incident media or context.
